International Healthcare Technologies’ (IHT) vision is to work with our health care sector partners (other companies call them customers) to create a seamless care delivery system that supports the movement of each patient to the appropriate level of care they require, rapidly, efficiently and with dignity.

Where ever a patient is in the continuum of care the following criteria are key to ensuring each patient outcome is optimized:

• timely access to information including a complete patient history regardless of the site of care

• access to state of the art evidence based guidelines for care

• knowledge of available resources across the care network; and

• a complete understanding of the patient’s needs, so that an appropriate care plan can be developed and sustained with and for the patient
